Massage services in McKinney, TX, and what each one costs
Six treatments, sessions of 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes, and every rate printed in plain numbers from $50. Open every day, 10 AM to 9:30 PM.
Spring Massage is an independent studio at 1400 N Coit Rd #102, McKinney, TX 75071, and this page is the whole of it: five massage services in McKinney, four session lengths, every price published. Prices start here at $50 for half an hour and stop at $140 for two hours of deep tissue work. No membership, no package, no introductory rate that quietly doubles on your second visit.
The studio opened on North Coit Road in August 2024 and has kept the same short list ever since: relaxation (Swedish) massage, deep tissue, a body-and-foot combo, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and couples massage on two side-by-side tables. Six things practised daily beats twenty things listed. If you are comparing studios, our note on how massage prices in McKinney compare sets these rates against the local market.

Spring Massage menu — the six massage services in McKinney, TX, sessions from 30 to 120 minutes, with the price beside each.
What every price includes
- Hands-on time. The figure is the length of the session on the table. Allow a few minutes either side to undress in private and get your bearings afterwards.
- Pressure you can change. Say the word mid-session and it lightens or firms up, in any of the six treatments, at no extra charge.
- A private room — and for couples, one room with two tables in it rather than two rooms.
- Payment at the end, at the studio. Card transactions carry a $2 transaction fee, which the studio publishes on its own booking page.
- Nothing else. No membership, no package, no upsell at the desk. The AMTA's account of a professional massage session describes the normal shape of a visit, and ours is that shape.
How long should the session be?
The commonest question at the desk, and the answer is about coverage rather than intensity. Four honest rules of thumb:
- 30 minutes ($50) — one region. A neck, a low back, a pair of shoulders. Not a whole body.
- 60 minutes ($65 relaxation, $70 deep tissue) — the whole back, shoulders and neck without hurrying, or a full-body pass at a steady pace.
- 90 minutes ($100 or $110) — the same, with legs, hips and feet included and time to settle into it.
- 120 minutes ($130 or $140) — full body, unrushed, with room for a second pass over whatever needed it most.
Length is comfort, not medicine. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health reports that massage may help with pain and anxiety but describes the evidence as limited and the relief as often short-term. Ninety minutes is more restful than sixty. It is not more curative, and we will not tell you otherwise.
Relaxation massage — the Swedish standard
Relaxation Massage uses a combination of long, gliding strokes, kneading, friction techniques, and active and passive movements of the joints. It helps promote deep relaxation, improve circulation and range of motion, and relieve muscle tension.
It is the default booking for a reason: an hour is $65, two hours $130, and it asks nothing of you except that you lie still. Book it when the whole week needs turning down rather than one muscle needing an argument. Everything about the treatment is on the relaxation massage page.

Relaxation Massage
Long, gliding Swedish strokes and gentle kneading — the classic full-body reset, from a 30-minute tune-up to a two-hour escape.
- Relaxation Massage — 30 min $50
- Relaxation Massage — 60 min $65
- Relaxation Massage — 90 min $100
- Relaxation Massage — 120 min $130

Deep tissue massage — slow, firm, local
Deep Tissue Massage is designed to target chronic muscle tension using slow, firm pressure and focused techniques. This therapeutic treatment helps relieve tight muscles, reduce stress, improve flexibility and circulation, and restore overall balance and well-being.
A $50 half-hour points at one area; the $70 hour covers an upper back properly. Firm and painful are different things — Mayo Clinic states that massage should not be painful or uncomfortable and that you should speak up if any part of it is. Read the deep tissue massage page, or our comparison of Swedish versus deep tissue if you are still deciding.

Deep Tissue Massage
Slow, firm pressure into the layers that actually hurt — for desk shoulders, tight low backs, and training loads that never fully unwind.
- Deep Tissue Massage — 30 min $50
- Deep Tissue Massage — 60 min $70
- Deep Tissue Massage — 90 min $110
- Deep Tissue Massage — 120 min $140

Foot massage — an hour on the feet alone
An hour of focused foot work: firm pressure through the sole, arch and heel, with the calves and lower legs included. It suits anyone who stands or walks all day, and anyone who wants the feet done properly rather than as the tail end of a body massage.
The hour is $50, and nothing else is attached to it: no table work, no upsell to a body massage. It is the booking for anyone who stands or walks all day, or who has had the feet done as the last twenty minutes of a combo and wanted three times as much of it. Details on the foot massage page, and what the research does and does not support in our guide to foot reflexology.

Foot Massage
A full hour on the feet alone — no table work attached. Pressure through the sole, arch and heel, with the lower legs worked in.
- Foot Massage — 60 min $50
Prices in USD. Card payments carry a $2 transaction fee.
Combo massage — body work, then the feet
This relaxing combination helps soothe tired feet, ease back tension, improve circulation, and promote total-body relaxation and overall wellness.
The hour is $60: 40 minutes on the table, then 20 on the feet. The 90-minute version is $100, split 60 and 30. At $60 it is the least expensive hour on the menu — the choice when you want both halves, where the $50 hour above is the choice when you want the feet and nothing else. See the body-and-foot combo page, or what the research actually says in our guide to foot reflexology.
Pricing
Combo Massage — Body + Foot
Body work and foot reflexology in one appointment: table time for the back and shoulders, then the feet get their turn.
- Combo Massage — 60 min 40 minutes body massage, then 20 minutes on the feet. $60
- Combo Massage — 90 min 60 minutes body massage, then 30 minutes on the feet. $100
Prices in USD. Card payments carry a $2 transaction fee.
Couples massage — two tables, one quiet room
A Couples Massage is typically enjoyed in a private room with two side-by-side massage tables. Two licensed massage therapists provide treatments simultaneously, allowing both guests to relax together. Despite the name, a couples massage isn't just for romantic partners — you can enjoy the experience with your spouse, your mom, a friend, or anyone you'd like to share a relaxing massage with.
An hour of Swedish for two is $120, down from $130; deep tissue for two is $130, down from $140. Both figures cover both guests, not one each. There is one booking quirk, printed with the prices alongside — and the room itself is photographed on the couples massage page.

- Couples Swedish Massage — 60 min Two guests, two therapists, side by side for a full hour. $130 $120
- Couples Deep Tissue Massage — 60 min The same hour, with firmer, more therapeutic pressure for both guests. $140 $130

Lomi Lomi massage — the Hawaiian long stroke
A relaxing Hawaiian-style massage using long, flowing strokes to release muscle tension and promote deep relaxation. Perfect for relieving stress and leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
Sixty minutes is $80, ninety is $110, two hours $140. Long forearm passes travel the length of the body instead of stopping to work each muscle in turn, which puts it closer to relaxation massage in feel than to deep tissue. Almost nothing else in Collin County lists it. Details on the Lomi Lomi page and in our guide to what Lomi Lomi actually is.
Pricing
Lomi Lomi Massage
The Hawaiian style: long, continuous, wave-like forearm strokes that travel the whole body rather than working spot by spot.

- Lomi Lomi Massage — 90 min $110
- Lomi Lomi Massage — 120 min $140
Prices in USD. Card payments carry a $2 transaction fee.

Where hot stone appears, and where it does not
Worth being exact rather than vague about: hot stone is not on the studio's own menu. The single listing that includes hot stones is a ClassPass session — Reflexology & Free Essential Oil & Hot Stone, 60 minutes — and ClassPass sets and bills that credit, not us. If you want hot stones on a direct booking, call (469) 927-8441 and ask before you drive over rather than assuming.
Foot reflexology is a different case, and a simpler one: it is bookable on its own as the $50 hour above, and it is also the second half of the body-and-foot combo — 20 minutes of the $60 hour, 30 minutes of the $100 ninety. Pick whichever matches what you actually want worked on.
ClassPass sessions are billed by ClassPass
Spring Massage also takes ClassPass bookings. These sessions include a complimentary essential oil and are billed by ClassPass, not by the studio — the prices below are the ClassPass listings, not our walk-in menu.

Licensed therapists, and a licence you can check
Licensed massage therapists, and a licence you can check
Spring Massage describes its therapists as licensed massage therapists on its own booking page. In Texas that licence is issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation under Chapter 455 of the Occupations Code, which also licenses the establishment itself.

Suite 102 sits in the Crescent Parc centre, on Coit Road at Prestwick Hollow Drive, one block south of US-380 — the far west edge of McKinney, where the city meets Prosper and Frisco. Surface parking is directly outside the door. Off-peak road-routing estimates, not measured times: about 10 minutes from Prosper, 15 from Frisco, 18 from Celina, 22 from Fairview and 25 from Allen, with Stonebridge Ranch about 10 to 12 minutes east along Virginia Parkway. The map, the exact turn and the parking notes are on the contact and directions page, and anything not answered here is probably in the studio FAQ — including how same-day and late-evening appointments work.
