Spring Massage in McKinney occupies suite 102 of Crescent Parc, the centre on Coit Road at Prestwick Hollow Drive, one block south of US-380 — the highway most of Collin County still calls University Drive. The studio opened here in August 2024, and the decal on the glass still reads the same line: open 7 days a week, 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

That corner is the far west edge of the city, on the seam where McKinney, Prosper and Frisco meet. It is why the drive is shorter than the postcode suggests: about 10 minutes from Prosper, about 15 from Frisco, and about 10 to 12 minutes from Stonebridge Ranch and the Virginia Parkway side of town.

Suite 102, not the building number

1400 N Coit Road is the address of the whole centre, so a satnav will put you in the car park rather than at a door. The suite you want is 102, with the Spring Massage sign above it. If you have circled the building twice, call (469) 927-8441 and we will point you at the right door.

Driving directions from every approach

Coit Road runs north–south and US-380 runs east–west; the studio sits one block from where they cross. Whichever way you come in, the last instruction is the same — Prestwick Hollow Drive, one block south of the US-380 signal.

Coit Road north — from Frisco, Plano and SH-121

Leave SH-121 (the Sam Rayburn Tollway) at Coit Road and drive north — about 15 minutes from Frisco and about 35 from Plano, off-peak. Stay on Coit past Eldorado Parkway and keep going. Crescent Parc is the centre at Prestwick Hollow Drive; if you reach the US-380 traffic lights, you have gone one block too far. Coit Road south — from Prosper and Celina

Come down Coit Road out of Prosper — about 10 minutes, or about 18 from Celina. Cross US-380 and start slowing immediately: Prestwick Hollow Drive is the next turn, and the centre is right there on the first block. Prosper guests can read the Prosper-side drive in more detail.

US-380 east — from Denton, Aubrey and Little Elm

Take US-380 east towards McKinney — about 25 minutes from Little Elm. Follow it to the Coit Road signal, turn right, and the centre is one block south on Prestwick Hollow Drive.

US-380 west — from Princeton, Anna, Melissa and US-75

From US-75, leave at the US-380 / University Drive exit and drive west across McKinney, past Custer Road; Coit Road is the next major signal. Turn left, one block south, and you are there. Princeton is about 28 minutes out, Anna about 32 and Melissa about 25. Historic downtown McKinney and the courthouse square sit about 18 to 20 minutes east of us.

Custer Road and the McKinney side of town

Custer Road runs parallel a few minutes east of Coit: take Custer north to US-380, west to Coit, then one block south. From the Eldorado Parkway corridor it is about 10 to 12 minutes, from Craig Ranch about 12 to 18, and from Trinity Falls about 19 to 24. Our North Coit Road page maps the immediate neighbourhood.

The last hundred yards

1. Turn off Coit Road at Prestwick Hollow Drive, one block south of the US-380 signal.
2. Pull into the Crescent Parc car park — it is open surface parking, no barrier and no ticket.
3. Find the suite marked 102; the Spring Massage sign is above the door.

How to book, and how to pay

Three ways in, and the first is the fastest. Book online with Spring Massage in McKinney, and contact the studio by phone or email if you would rather arrange it with a person — booking should take about a minute, not an afternoon of phone tag.

• Online. The Setmore booking page shows live availability, including today's. Same-day appointments are often open, especially on weekday afternoons.
• By phone. (469) 927-8441, any day between 10 AM and 9:30 PM. Call if you want a specific therapist, a specific hour, or help lining up two bookings.
• By email. springmassage75071@gmail.com — answered when the treatment room is clear, so it is the slowest of the three.
• Booking for two. For a couples massage, the studio asks you to book two separate appointments — one per guest, each with a different therapist, at the same date and time. It is $120 for the pair in Swedish or $130 in deep tissue. If the double booking is fiddly, call and we will set it up.
• Paying. Payment is taken at the studio at the end of the session. The studio's booking page states that card transactions carry a $2 transaction fee.

The studio's own booking page describes its therapists as licensed massage therapists. In Texas that word has a specific meaning: massage therapy is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, which issues the Massage Therapist licence under Chapter 455 of the Texas Occupations Code and also licenses massage establishments. Six treatments, every price published, no membership. A 30-minute session is $50; a full hour is $65 relaxation or $70 deep tissue; two hours runs $130 to $140. The pressure is yours to set — Mayo Clinic states plainly that massage should not be painful, so say so and it changes that minute.

• Relaxation (Swedish) massage — 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, $50 to $130.
• Deep tissue massage — the same four lengths, $50 to $140.
• Body-and-foot combo — $60 for an hour: 40 minutes on the table, 20 on the feet.
• Lomi Lomi massage — the Hawaiian long-stroke style, from $80 for 60 minutes.
• Couples massage — two tables, two therapists, $120 for both guests.
